Question / Help Simcity crashes OBS after stream starts

I've been bashing my head try to get it to work to no avail. It used to work when I tried streaming Titan fall a few months back, so after going for it again, now problems. I do have updated drivers for my card. I have a 50mb D/L speed and a 10mb upload so I don't think that is the issue.

i doubt i can help, but i have had many games crash once i started streaming. usually i can avoid it by starting the stream before launching the game. if you haven't tried that, it's a possible workaround.

Hey thanks node. I'll give that a shot. I also tried this since I too was getting a black screen a couple times, the last reply got me streaming without the crash.

ok not working.... I can stream a black window at least!

ok so I fixed my problem and this is what I did
-I ran the estimator here and used those settings for bandwidth, etc.
-added game capture in source, named it simcity, chose the app in the pull down
-started streaming just before entering game

and that fix lasted for 1 stream session. Now it keeps crashing. I guess the programs don't like each other
