Your help and advice please, I am trying without success to transfer my Panasonic DS27 camcorder tapes from the Camcorder via the USB grabber to my PC, I am at present using the AV out on the Camcorder to the grabber then a UBS input on my computer, the software of the Powerdrive Silvercrest has been installed, play the tape on the Camcorder and nothing appears on the software screen to allow capture or the like, I am going to borrow a DV to DV cable to try to transfer to a Disc recorder, what am I doing wrong please,
