I have a dual computer setup, M1 mac mini 16gb (stream machine) and a PC. I use a HD60X capture card. OBS barely uses 10% of CPU usage when streaming or recording and the stats show almost 0 Frames Missed/Skipped Frames. My average time to render frame however is around 10ms to 12ms. Yet my streams seem choppy and not a smooth 60fps. Even preview isn't very smooth. Any idea what could be going on? I am on the latest version OBS and my mac is plugged into a 4k monitor. Any input is appreciated.
