I have a 1440p240 monitor and a camlink 4k (USB)
I connected the camlink directly to an extra slot on my GPU and I used windows display setting to duplicate the 1440p signal to the camlink. ( camlink only accepted 1080p60 but the monitor still worked at 1440p240)
this seems to work fine (besides a negligible delay), but I was wondering if it's more work for the GPU to output another screen or if its more work to do a screen capture in OBS?
how can I test this?
Does anyone know if it's better to use the camlink for a screen capture tool, or just use the screen capture / game capture?
