Question / Help Should I be getting better streaming results?

So I have a decent pc but when I stream (just CS:GO) at 720p60fps the picture is fine but in certain game modes the stream will freeze every few seconds. I have 50/50 mbps internet and an Ethernet connection. My bit rate is 3500. Haven't changed much other settings. My PC is i5 4460, GTX 960, 8GB RAM, 250GB SSD, 1TB HD. If you need any other specs/settings let me know. Should I be getting these freezes? Also, the freezing occurs in my past broadcasts on twitch as well not just while watching live. Thanks for any help!

We would need a logfile to be able to tell. Why it asks for one any time a new thread is opened in Q&H. Upload one from the Help menu and link it here.

Your viewers are going to buffer at 3500kbps. 60fps is mostly a waste of bitrate for non-partnered streamers.
720p@30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast or lower preset is the 'golden point'; the best compromise of smoothness and resolution, while maintaining a realistically watchable bitrate for a majority of viewers on Twitch.
Your CPU isn't going to help either, i5s tend to run out of steam much past 720@30 anyway, when gaming and streaming from the same system.

I'll try 30fps. I just think that since my game res is 1024x768 (low compared to 1080) that 60fps would be doable. I'll post the log file in an hour or so, I'm not at my pc. Thanks for the help!
