Shortcuts don't work when OBS is in background

Since some monthes, shortcuts don't work when OBS is in background.
I tested in a too.
More, when OBS is in front of windows, shortcut don't work when i clic in the middle of the app, i need to clic in scenes list, or in the audio section, but it' doesn't work anywhere, even OBS is in front. Is there any solution ?

Which shortcuts are you trying to use?
If you're running another program as Administrator, it can prevent other programs from catching hotkey combinations when the Admin program has focus.

If i have just ONE app runned in admin mode ?
(i use special shorcut, F13 to F24 with HIDmacro, but it happend with all shortcuts)
EDIT : i just checked and i think i have not any soft runn in admin mod

I tested and i searched and i don't find anything about this issue with hotkeys

I tested on a new session, it's work, but after export scenes and profile, uninstall OBS, deleted all obs folders into %appdata%, and import profiles/scenes, it doesn't work ...
