g-sync On or off for streaming with obs? and how would i turn it off properly. Would i also disable free sync in my monitor settings?

Yeah, I keep G-Sync disabled when using OBS & keep Fixed Monitor Technology in play. Eliminate the "variable". I checked my monitor, it's automatic, G-Sync goes on when it's enabled in the Nvidia Control Panel.

so to confirm, you use under monitor technology a fixed refresh rate? because when i disabled g sync in nvidia control panel it auto changed to "fixed refresh" under monitor technology.Yeah, I keep G-Sync disabled when using OBS & keep Fixed Monitor Technology in play. Yep, that's it. Stick with 60 & 120HZ while using OBS. Keep that fixed timing perfect.
