Question / Help Shitty stream FPS/Quality, please help

So in-game im getting 60 fps and my stream quality is anywhere from 15-20 fps. Here is a bunch of my specs and settings.

well hard to say really as there are a few things. with tfhat cpu you won't be able to stream 720 @60 unfortunately so drop it to 720@30. The encode of faster is too much so knock that to veryfast or superfast to cfr off and use bilinear see how that goes and monitor the cpu. If it seems you have headroom beef up the settings but dont go above veryfast preset. Also at the aforementioned settings I suggested you may want to drop the bitrate to 2500 or lower but this is upto you. Lower bitrate for none partnered the better people can watch you.
