So i've had obs for a fairly long time. Its a really nice program. I've recorded cs:go in the past, having perfect 30fps on surf servers. I've never once changed the settings, besides the output which is set to MP4. However, recently i've been trying to record csgo, but its giving me absolutely shitty frames. My desktop, and anything else that isnt csgo records fine, perfect frames. Like, when i finish recording, it takes a LONG time to stop recording, and when i see the video, it literally records A PICTURE, and then every 12-20 seconds, it changes to the next frame. Absolute BS if you ask me. This is not the amount of fps I should be receiving! While recording i experience only minor frame loss, but im able to cope with that by recording in .25 speed in csgo, yet it still records absolute bs frames, only taking a picture, then changing it after 10 seconds. Absolutely unsatisfied. After 10 minutes of research, and multiple uninstalls, i've been thinking about getting fraps, since this issue is really driving me away from obs. Here are the logs:
