Shift, Alt, CTRL Key cuts off PTT button

Since the latest version I've had issues when streaming games where whilst using my push to talk key (mouse5)
If i push alt, or shift, or ctrl the push to talk is cut off immediately.

To say this is frustrating would be mild... has anyone else run into this issue or found a work around ?
 
Obvious solution is to add ("+" icon in the Settings>Hotkeys) 7 more hotkeys combinations:
  • Alt + Mouse 5
  • Ctrl + Mouse 5
  • Shift + Mouse 5
  • Alt + Ctrl + Mouse 5
  • Alt + Shift + Mouse 5
  • Ctrl + Shift + Mouse 5
  • Alt + Ctrl + Shift + Mouse 5
to already existing Mouse 5.
 
Yeah done that.

Just seems a bit silly when shift isn't being used (by me) in OBS for anything.
 
Got this issue as well, only been noticing it with the latest OBS update. Never had this issue previously.

This worked for me. Cumbersome, but it works.

Won't this conflict with in-game actions like, Sprint and Roll actions?
