Shared Memory Interface for use with Activeworlds

As Activeworlds still uses Direct3D 8 a shared memory interface to the rendering surface comes handy, which does not require an additional copy of the pixel array in order to provide a capture stream in best possible quality and speed.

The OBS plugin is currently in alpha testing and will be available for public beta testing around March 14. A brief description as well the source and binary download is already available.
