Question / Help Several Problems with obs

Hello everybody.
I stream on twitch a game called Playerunknown Battleground.
I have these 2 main problems:

1st Issue:
If i open OBS and start streaming after i already opened the game, the game starts jerking.
If i open OBS and start streaming before i open the game, the game goes smooth and clean.

2nd Issue:
If i'm streaming and playing PubG at the same time, when i open the OBS window at screen (keeping underneath the Game Window opened), the game get stuck and crashes after a few seconds. So i can't modify anything on obs while gaming, otherwise it crashes, i have to keep it down. It only happens if i open it at window on screen, otherwise i only have the First Issue.

I'm stuck in this and tried many settings.

Have you turned off the nvidia overlay in geforce experience?

It was ON. I'll now try without it.

Oh my god. You're a genius. It works. All problems solved so easly. :D
But why? Why does the overlay generates these conflicts?

Because it adds additional traffic to and from the video card as well as can interfere with directx and opengl behavior
