Question / Help Setup help please!

Processor: Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.4GHz
Ram: 8GB
Video Card: Gtx680 Lightning and a Gtx 275

Running windows 7, Trying to stream league of legends and the stream looks great until I start moving anything in game and then its just a blurry mess.

Can someone help me configure it to run better with those specs, and this internet.
