Question / Help Setup guide for YouTube Live?

Hello,

I'm looking for a setup guide for Youtube Live. I've tried placing the server's in various places in OBS but I can't get them working, does anyone have a setup guide?

are you a partner? if so when you set up the youtube stream choose the option "other encoders" and there will be your stream key and server info right there, I use the backup server but you will need double the upload to use this.
so select under broadcast settiings

Mode: LIVE
Service: Custom

Server: (use either primary or backup)
Path: use the other key YT gives you

now if your using google+ hangouts I have no idea sorry
