Setup donations and chat alerts from my website?

Hi, hope everyone is doing well today.

I have a platform where people can live stream and chat while accepting donations pretty much similar to youtube. Our users are asking us for alerts for chats and donations. Can anyone please tell me or send me to the proper documentation how our platform can notify OBS with chat or donations alert?
