Hi I have a problem when I want to record game League of Legends and I want to scroll the screen itself I can not because I have a red line the edges of the screen (only when recording) and I wanted to change resize the size and how it will record but it's not saved

I'm not sure I understand the issue you're having...can you post a video or screenshot of the issue, perhaps?
