Question / Help Settings to stream, Low upload rate

Hey guys, I live in Australia and our internet is not the greatest especially where i live just wondering if anyone could tell me if its possible to stream at all on twitch.tv using my connection.

I was told to also try a Singapore server because ill be connecting to it for the stream i think

I have been reading all the posts on settings but still having troubles, is my internet too slow to stream even a 360 or 480 quality stream on twitch.tv? Any help or advice on settings would be appreciated :)

Games im generally playing are hearthstone/league of legends

pretty much your screwed i have about the same speeds (i get around 900-1000kbps) the best you can hope for is 480p even then it tends to pixelate with high motion. you can try annex m settings if your isp provide it to you but we are severely limited here unless you are willing to pay mega bucks. singapore is the best server to stream to as well. good luck post here if you have any luck i'd love to hear if you got a good stream & how you did it.
