I have an i7 4790k , so I can enable quicksync ,also I have r9 295x2 so I can enable amd vce.Can somebody get me full settings ,that make the smallest performance impact when recording 60fps 1080p,I don t mind reducing a bit the video quality(like colors and stuff) if I can get a really small performance drop,
