Question / Help Settings to record for my computer.

Hello there, I'm new on this forum and I don't know where I post this, soo yeah... :)
How write on title, I need settings for OBS for my video games.
My PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Haswell i3-4170 3.70 GHz
GPU: Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2GB DDR3 128 bits
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33
Memories: 4GB Rams DDR3
HDD: 1TB SATA III
Source: 500W

Please help me! TY! :D

P.S.: I'll record gameplays.
