Settings suddenly locked

Suddenly, part of my settings options were simply locked. No more access, for example, to the first eight lines of recording settings, the first four lines of transmission settings, no access to audio settings... what can be happening?

I have OBS-Camera started (and with auto start). And i have OBS-Camera2, OBS-Camera3 and OBS-Camera4 as well

So stop it. It's active, meaning you can't change any OBS settings that affect it until that process is shut down.
