Settings recommendations?

Just trying to get some advice on settings as I messed with them for a few hours. Primarily intend to record some Overwatch just because the game is fun when you don't take it seriously but am newish to OBS in that I never needed to Tweak setting much prior on an older device.. No matter what I set them at, high or low, it doesn't seem to drop performance but videos also have Giant square shaped blurs on them so something is not quite right behind the scenes. Instead of posting my spec I'll actually include the link to the exact pc I bought since it was pre-built and will be upgraded over time. My monitor is 2560x1440 and my PC is the one linked: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/alienw...b-hdd-512gb-ssd-black/6398141.p?skuId=6398141

You'd need to post a logfile from a streaming attempt at least 30s in length where the issue was occurring, to allow for proper troubleshooting.

All we can do without that is to say to go to the Tools menu and run the Auto-Configuration Wizard.
Also note that those symptoms normally indicate insufficient bitrate for the resolution and framerate in play. If you're trying to run 1080p60 at 6000kbps, you're going to get artifacting; 1080p60 'wants' 12mbps for average-motion video, and high-motion like FPS games need even more. That or dropping the resolution or framerate of the stream, to improve the bits-per-pixel density value.
