Please help by setting the obs I have a Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2160 @ 1.80GHz 1.80 GHz and a GeForce 7300 video card Nividia SE / 7200 GS and RAM DDR 2 3 GB .Please help me when I 'm shooting or other minecraft 2-3 FPS in games !! !!

Sorry to break it to you, but your computer's hardware is very weak... I would suggest thinking about upgrading your PC before attempting to stream again.

You're not going to be able to stream effectively on a main processor that is bordering on 9-10 years old.

Your solution is to upgrade to a current-generation system.
