Hello! i have a laptop so i know isn't the best for streaming league of legends using a 144hz monitor.
ASUS G750JS i7 4700HQ - 16GB Ram - GTX870M - 30Mb Download and 5Mb Upload.
but i want to know what presets should i change to get a better performance in game and not a poor quality in twitch.
i think the best encoder that i can use is NVENC H.264 because im having big fps problems in game using x264 even at 720p 1500bitrate, i dont know if im doing something wrong.
Also i was using presets like Low latency mode on Advanced page and Low Latency High Quality because if not my ping in lol up like 30ms every 5 sec.

it seems like my proccesor is working at 2.4ghz and not 3.4ghz right?
