Settings menu won't load

I can only get the settings menu to load if I select "untitled" in the scenes collection. Otherwise, OBS locks up and I have to close the program.
The end of the log file looks like this:

please post the obs log !
and update GPU IGPU dirver and dont use Stream FX and Streamlabs Plugin !
when you did use it delete the complete obs folder and reinstall and never install this plugins again or wirte the devs of the plugins !
