Hey!

I have started to stream League of legends on twitch using the software OBS. However, I have encountered a small problem. Every time I try to start a stream its 10 seconds back on twitch and the ping goes from 35 to 350-600.

I also think my settings are really bad but I am trying to make everything smooth yet my internet is really poor http://prntscr.com/4qgo38


How can I resolve this issue?

Your in-game ping? Try "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings.

The delay on twitch is normal, it's not caused on your end, it's caused by the server. There's nothing you can do about that.

I have already tried that yet the same things still occur ?

If minimize network impact didn't help, then on top of using that, you may just have to lower your bitrate a bit more to make room for your stream. I think league of legends likes to eat up a lot of bandwidth.
