I have been streaming for a bit love this software but was wondering if anyone can help me find optimal settings?
Just upgraded my CPU next working on my GPU
my pc set up is

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K 3.5GHz for now.

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth z77

Video Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 TI

Memory: 16GB Corsair Vengeance

My issue with OBS was saying Encoding taking to long just recently

OBS settings are

Encoding - use CRB
Qualitly is between 6 and 9 depending on the game i stream ( examples Leagues i have at 9 battlefield 3 i have at 6
Max bitrate = 1000 buffer size is 1200

Video is at 1920x1080
Downscale to 1.50 1280x720
filter Bilinear (fastest)
FPS at 60
Disable Aero

in advanced i have it set to

process priority class normal
screen buffer 400
X264 CPU preset medium
x264 Encoding profile High
Keyframe is set to 2

and i have not messed with anything else im still new to this program any help would be appreciated!

also my network is at Download 11Mbps upload at 4.27 Mbps ping is at 39ms

That's your problem. Set it back to "veryfast" and I think you will no longer get the encoder warning.

Do not change the preset to a lower preset unless you know what you are doing. Messing with things in the advanced section other than keyint can be detrimental to your stream.
