Sorry. I'm just trying to stream my lame games on TwitchTv.

I thought the "screen capture" option was best, for what I'm working with, here.

Can you give us more details? What kind of help do you need? What have you tried? What games are you streaming? Have you tried following a guide? Is it giving you bad performance somehow? Can you post a log?

We can't help you if you don't tell us anything about what you're having trouble with. Screen capture might be what you need to use, but we have no way of knowing without hearing more about what you are doing.

Again, confusion seems paramount, due to the drop-down questions the "Estimator" gives me. ("Do you have a: Supercalifragilistic Super Ivy Bridge? Or do you have an i5 to Miami, then take the 202 West to San Antonio?")

Who in F knows? I bought a computer, m'kay? Imagine you're not an awesome computer guy, (just for a moment.) Or even average. Or even a journeyman.

Imagine... you're like the millions and millions of other people, (as much as that hurts,) that buy a computer, and don't know what flipping i5 Gen Pooper Scooper Quad Ass-Hat Series III is in the computer you bought at Best Buy, or what the F that means, or where to find it.

Get the I.T. snickering done with, because we mud-sloppers know it's coming...

Now...

The first pic in my original post is the screen capture of my CPU. The second is my computer performance, per "speedtest.net," (which this site recommends, in order to gather computer performance.)

In the "Estimator" that you recommend, I don't see any option that resembles my computer's "processor."

Additionally, I don't see anything that mentions my "graphics card."

I don't need a lesson in what each one is. Actually, I don't even care, (no offense.)

^^^ In the first pic, those are my System Spec's, (which it's been said I needed, to determine the best OBS settings for TwitchTv.)

^^^ In the second pic, those are my Performance Results from speedtest.net, (which it's been said I needed, to determine the best OBS settings for TwitchTv.)

Any actual help you can give to this knuckle-dragger would be greatly appreciated, considering how much that "simple" Estimator sucks a dead man's balls.

Thanks, dodgepong... or anyone who wants actually gets what I'm saying, because, honestly, I think it's pretty clear.

(What should I put for Max Bitrate? What should I put for CBR? blah blah blah)

He's trying to help you and you can't even provide a modicum effort in return.

How about this, instead of writing a diatribe, just say "I'm not too sure on where to look, mind providing me a step by step?" and dodgepong would likely sigh IRL and then post a step by step detailing you how to attain the information he asked for, he isn't an asshole and being condescending is kinda dickish.

Your CPU is extremely weak for streaming being a mid-range dual core from 2010
Using the estimator you could possibly scrape by with these settings but I honestly don't think your CPU will get you far.

Code:
Set downscale to 852x480 or similar low resolution
Set FPS to 25
Consider using superfast preset if you experience high CPU usage (not recommended)
Set quality to 6 or 7 lowering your quality will improve areas of fast motion
Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
Recommended max bitrate: 2000
Recommended buffer size: 2000

Streaming isn't perfect, settings can vary and it's very much a case of trial and error, starting somewhere and then working your way to the perfect settings for your system(if any), any of the guides in the forums would have given you a starting point.
