hi i want to know what is the best seetings for me i only use OBS TO record so file output only
my computer is well a laptop and it's
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3217U CPU @ 1.80GHz
8GB sys mem
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
1TB HDD

so what settings should i use and dont tell me to use the Estimator been there done that still keep getting HIGH ENCODING

u could use "QuickSync" to your advantage

thanks for a reply but do you have any other ideas for settings? like bitrates or fps or downscale

fyi its general setup on how to make "hq" recording with obs but only with x264
if u want to use others like quicksync or nvenc u have to adjust settings and see what will work fine for you!
