not sure what to set my setting i want to stream 720p and 60fps im using a game capture device as well these are my pc specs
intel core i5-4670k 3.40ghz
16gb ram
windows 7 64bit
gtx 760

In Settings / Video, if you're using Custom: set it to whatever resolution (example - 1920x1080), set Resolution Downscale to 1.5 (1280 x 720), then set your FPS to 60...

depending on the game your cpu will not be able to handle the load since "using a game capture device" doesnt mean you are playing on a console or another pc and only stream with this machine

in this case 720p60 shouldnt be a problem at all depending of your capture card being able to transmit the data

settings would be

resolution 1280x720
fps 60
cbr and cfr checked
audio bitrate 64
bitrate 3000 (obviously depending on your connection)
process priority can be set to high since you arent doing anything on the system
profile set to "main"
and you might even be able to play around with the presets guess fast should be possible as a only streaming machine but i would test it later after you figured out a solid base

im not sponsered and the only thing i would be worried about is no one has a quaility setting sense im not sponsored so i dont want to shut out a good portion of my veiwers

Help -> Log files -> last logged file. Only do this when you exited the most recent stream.

well log looks fine now the question is are you satisfied with the result? did you have any viewers complaining or did your streaming machine start burning?
