Hello, I am new to streaming and need help getting a smooth stream. I have all of my sources and scenes under control. However, I am unable to get my stream to a smooth pace.

My connection is 28 download and 5 upload. I use an elgato HD capture card on a windows 7 desktop. xbox 360 > elgato > obs > twitch.

Any help is appreciated. I will give any information I may have not included.

Does anyone have any knowledge on how to choose a better cpu to fit the desktop I have? I can provide any information needed.

You will probably need a whole new motherboard as well if you want to upgrade the CPU.
