OK so first off i play wow and have a stream set up for Twitch which is at 1080p but occasionally my cpu spikes to 100% usage and i have a good setup just wanted to know how i can stream and make it still look clear as it does now without all the lag...

Upload Speed 15.5mb
Cpu: Amd FX 8350 @4.0 x8
Gpu: AMD crossfire x2 radeon 7870
Ram: 16gb
OS: Windows 8 64 bit
CURRENT OBS SETTINGS Use Multithread Optimaztion CHECKED
MAX bitrate and buffer @ 3500 Video 1920x1080 downscale 1.5
CBR, enable cbr padding Checked Filter Lanczos FPS 25
Process Priority: HIGH Scene Buffering: 400ms
x264 preset:FAST Keyframe Interval: 2
