I've been trying to stream LoL on twitch for a long time now, but only now decided to post on a forum for help.
My problem is, that whenever I try to stream, in-game I get spikes from 10 up to 50 extra ms. Other than this I don't
believe there are problems with the stream.
I've tried everything that I've found via google-fu, nothing has worked, my internet locally has 3mbps upload speed, but when using testmy.net to test it to San Jose, CA I get around 1.2mbps, but it varies a lot (just now got 1.9, huh.). (I live in Santiago, Chile, but I've found that LA,CA is the closest server).
As far as I can tell it's got nothing to do with the settings, so I'm checking to see if anything in my PC's specs is wrong, or if simply I'm fucked due to distance restrictions with twitch servers.
SPECS
CPU: FX-4100 3.6 Quad-core
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
RAM: 8GB
Graphics Card: HD Radeon 6850
Thanks in advance, if anything else is needed please ask.
