Question / Help Settings for streaming

So hello ya all

Basiclly I started streaming games /Call of duty Infinite Warfare , Battlefield 1 etc/
But it seems when I stream , I mean my game runs super smooth but when i check stream on laptop its bad quality and can lag from times to times ...

My specs : i5 4460 , Gtx 970 G1 , 8 gb ram.

My internet is : Down : 70 - 100 mbps , Up : 25-100 mpbs

If I were you I would change a few things in the settings:
Put your encoder to NVENC H.264, this will make it so your GPU is encoding meaning much less of a CPU hit and better FPS in games/stream.
Then I would put the bitrate to around 7500 on CBR.
Also I would stop scaling the resolution by putting the output resolution on 1080p as well.
Then the stream should look a lot better and your internet should be able to handle it easily.

The max bitrate unless you are a partner then is 3500 with CBR enabled. 720p 30fps will be decent Q, 60fps will be average with some artifacting on high motion games. See which works for you.

As a note Youtube can accept higher Bitrate as they don't currently limit it
