Question / Help Settings for streaming

Hello!
Could you please suggest the best possible settings for streaming games like CSGO on Twitch?

My setup:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4970
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 770 Gaming 2GB
RAM: 12GB, doesnt matter
Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
SSD: 120gb, doesnt matter
HDD: 500Gb, doesnt matter

My internet is pretty shit tho, 5 download and 0,5 upload.

Suggestions for having high FPS, and a no-laggy stream?
Or is it just not possible? Thanks!
