Hi, i'm new to OBS, got it yesterday and have just been playing around with scenes. I'm wondering what would be good settings to run for recording and streaming. I mostly play League, Rainbow Six Siege and Gauntlet.

p.s. i've been testing with some settings i found elsewhere and in league it causes the game to stutter but there is no fps drop. idk again any input is helpful.
