Settings for recording/streaming Minecraft 1.20.4

Hi there, I want to make Minecraft content on more new versions of Minecraft. But whenever I stream/record, my laptop always get low FPS in game and in recording.
Laptop specs:
i5-5300U
8GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics 5500

8GB of RAM is too little. You need at least 16GB.
In Minecraft use 60 fps or 30 fps.
