Question / Help Settings for my stream, please help?

I am a generally new streamer. I am kind of getting up there at 500 followers and I would like to ask if my settings look okay due to some viewers complaining about buffer. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4743231107 this would be my speedtest and all of my computer parts here.
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-3470 Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.2GHz (3.6GHz Turbo Boost)
  • MB: ASRock Z75 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
  • GPU: XFX Double D R9-270X-CDFC Radeon R9 270X 2GB 256-Bit
  • Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

Your bitrate is high enough to be causing the buffering.

Also, using window capture while having aero disabled in windows is causing problems.
