Question / Help Settings for my PC

Hello! I have trouble setting up my OBS settings for recording Minecraft and Unturned in 720p resolution. My PC:

CPU: Pentium G3260
GPU: Integrated, i will upgrade soon to a Radeon HD7770(a friend will give it to me).
4GB Ram(I will upgrade to 8GB soon).
Monitor resolution: 1680x1050.
Also I set my game's resolution on low(it runs in 160-170FPS but the OBS recording stutters).

Dont Upgrade your RAM ... upgrade your CPU instead. all you can do is make use of the IGPU on this CPU but x264 recording wont work on such a weak dual core

I only have money for a PSU, because mine is a no-name right now, and i can't use my new GPU without it. I wanna upgrade to an i5 in the near future.
