Question / Help Settings for my PC?

So i want to know what would be the best settings for Streaming(OBS) and if streaming is even possible with my pc.

System:

OS: Windows 8 64-bit
Processor: Intel Pentium 2020M 2.4GHz Dual Core Ivy Bridge
RAM: 4.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz
Graphics card: 1023MB NVIDIA GeForce 610M
HDD: 465GB Seagate

I don`t know if this matters, but i want to stream Team Fortress 2 and the game for me is running 70-100 fps.

I would really recommend to upgrade your system before trying anything streaming related. On the current system even with very low settings (resolution, fps, preset) you will probably decrease your frames in tf2 below the 30fps margin or might even totally lag out.

I`m not really sure of how the preset works.

So i just tried streaming, and to be honest everything was fine.
The game run at 50-60fps ping at a full server was 60-70. Ofcourse the streaming quality was poor, but still, i was streaming.
The only problem was that my cpu, gpu and motherboard get pretty hot. Motherboard and cpu up to 70 celsius. So i don`t know if that`s safe for my pc..

Note: It`s a laptop.
