Question / Help Settings for minimum resource use

I want to stream The Binding of Isaac on Twitch, but my Internet connection isn't very good, so I would like to know what's the best configuration to stream without having problems like the stream stops or the frame rate is very low.
I have Windows 10 if that helps and I use normal OBS, NOT multiplatform.

I have no clue what you are asking for here.
This would depend on your upload rate as well as the PC you have.
