Question / Help settings for low processor

hi.
i have a question regarding settings for OBS. I'm streaming with a intel dual core 3.0ghz with 4gb ram but when i do an error occurs: "It's taking too long to encode".

speedtest:

- download 48.55
- upload 26.31

I tried some other settings but when i do...OBS it's freezing.

You should post a log of this. Typically it just means that your settings are too high for your PC to handle. We have a sticky thread on the matter here
