Question / Help Settings for good quality record?

Hello, i wanna recording with OBS to my PC and then upload to YouTube bud when i use settings from guide here i have very low FPS in video. When i go to superfast its good but quality isnt look like full HD.

How record 1080p 60FPS with good quality?

i5-3570k
GTX 970

And remember that youtube will eat some of the quality in its processing stage.

With this settings i cant record. Its so laggy.

Then turn the x264 preset to ultrafast.
