Question / Help Settings for File Output only

I just want file output. After uninstalling it for a while and picking it back up, I'm a returned newbie at OBS. I do not know anything about any of the settings in OBS, and I would like to know recommended settings for recording file output, not streaming.
Specs
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00Ghz
Monitor: Acer S211HL 1920x1080 60Hz
Graphics: 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series
Please consider. I would like to have the highest possible resolution at least 30 fps and I'm willing to dedicate some CPU usage for recording.

Switch to OBS Studio
Use simple output mode
indistinguishable recording quality
Software low cpu use encoder.

Don't expect a lot out of a dual core from 7-8 years ago.
