Question / Help Settings for Dota 2

Hi, guys! I need help to set Encoding and Video options.
Here is the result from speedtest.net:

No streaming, I have ~40 FPS. Streaming, I have 27-32 FPS (lagging a bit).

Edit:
I was using Wireless Connection. Now I'm on Cable Connection. Here's my new test:

i3-3227U CPU @ 1.90GHz
fps: 30
width: 1092, height: 614

For an i3, you simply cannot stream x264 (cpu encode) without dropping a lot of frames.
I would say the best you could do would be 360p maybe 24fps. gl man

Thanks for your reply! I really wish I can get 720p at minimum 30fps. There must be a way, somehow.

You could attempt to use quicksync instead of x264, which basically uses your GPU built in to your CPU which would keep the load off your CPU, but no promises. see if its enabled in the encoding tab.
