Question / Help Settings for crappy laptop?

Suggestions:
  1. Base 1280x720; Output 720x480
  2. 30FPS
  3. Use 44khz audio
  4. Turn all in game video settings to their lowest
But really, you need a better computer.

Unfortunately, your system is well below the minimum specs to use OBS. You may be able to run the software, but there is no way that CPU is going to be able to handle encoding video in realtime, even with the lightest-weight settings possible. Likewise, the Intel HD GPU technically has DirectX 10.1 hardware support, but is not going to be performant enough to composite and render frames fast enough, especially as it has no dedicated VRAM, just shares a system RAM window.

There are no settings that will work, with that hardware.
