Settings for clarity

Hi
I have a windows set up.
I am recording level 2 time and sale that has a lot of numbers moving.
What settings do I use to get fast capture of the changing numbers with clarity?
Is there anything else I can do.
My monitor screen is set to 1920 x 1060 also.

Hopefully you'll get a response. If not, it may be that others, like myself, have no idea what you mean by

IS this for livestreaming, or recording? And what resolution do you plan to record/stream at?
Are you using Windows Capture, or Display capture? etc

My monitor screen is set to 1920 x 1060 also and is also the resolution.
