Question / Help Settings for a specific game.

I want to stream the rhythm game osu @720p 60fps only problem is, the game needs aero to be disabled, with aero enabled i can play perfectly fine, but when i try to cap it in obs the game seems to slow and stutter ingame, and in obs.=. When i disable aero i play perfectly fine when capturing in obs, but when i watch the replay and look at the preview on obs, the game cap shows slowing and stuttering as well as screen tearing. I want to be able to get a smooth 60fps if possible.

The good news is that if you can play the game perfectly with Aero disabled then you have nothing to really worry about.. OBS says that there's no capture or encoding slow downs and your VOD example runs fully at 60fps when opened by a media player.
