Hello, i need help to configure the software. I would need 2 configurations, one for stream and record on any game and just for record.

Here is my config:
i7 6700 GTX1060
and i have 6,3mbps in upload

Actually i record in 1080p/60fps in x265 whit 7500mbps but i have lag if i record a big game(like overwatch)

Thank you

For Recording:
Do 1080p as your GPU and CPU are capable of doing this.

Base: 1920x1080
Output: 1920x1080
Downscale Filter: Biiinear
Integer FPS Value: 60

- Simple output mode
- Recording Quality: Indistinguishable Qualiy, Large File Size
- Recording Format: mkv
- Encoder: Software (x264)

For Streaming:
Since you only have 6.3Mbps (6300kbps), I wouldn't bother doing 1080p streams as its too low. Your bitrate should not exceed 20% less of what your reported upload speed is. In your case, it is 5000. You leave 20% in for headroom for the cases when the ISP rate fluctuates to the lower end. Given the 5000 bitrate, from experience, it is not going to look good for 1080p streams. It is more than good enough for 720p depending on what streamingi platform you are using. For Twitch, its always going to look like crap (my opinion).

I'd lean more toward producing the best 720@60FPS stream you can. For high quality 1080p, you need way better CPU, GPU and upload speed.

Try this:
- Base: 1920x1080
- Output: 1280x720
- Downscale Filter: Lanczos
- Integer FPS Value: 60
- Encoder: x264
- Rate Control: CBR
- Bitrate: 5000 for YouTube; 3500 for Twitch
- Keyframe: 2
- CPU Usage: faster or veryfast
