Question / Help Setting up webcam and mic delay for Xbox One

As stated on my thread I am setting up my OBS so that I can stream/record my Xbox One gameplay so I can edit later on Adobe before pushing it out onto YouTube. Been having trouble finding the sweet spot to account for the video delay that my capture device (Hauppauge HD PVR 2) has when sending the gameplay over to my pc. So there our my questions as I am getting geared up to stream/record Destiny on Xbox One.

1. What should I setup my webcam and mic sync offset if the game runs at 30 fps?

2. What should I setup my webcam and mic sync offset if the game runs at 60 fps?

Now according to the Hauppauge software it is grabbing the footage at 1920x1080 at 60 fps. Thank you once again. Although I will only run my Icon vice my webcam to begin with it would be nice to know what I should set them too in case I do a co-op stream with another streamer one day. Man that would be cool.

Domo.

Im having this issue as well because when streaming Destiny I have the people in my fire team asking me questions and I answer before they even ask the questions on the recording.

Its only when streaming the Xbox One as there is a delay from the Elgato to the PC. I've found putting a 2000 millisecond delay in both the webcam and mic seems to fix the issue.
