Hello, I'm very new to streaming and I'm having so much trouble. No matter how many settings I try my video always looks choppy. It shouldn't.. I don't think. I've attached a picture of my internet speeds(http://gyazo.com/725db936f1d67b15310ca33534b34b8c). They are above average. Also when I play the game I get no lag/stutter. But unfortunately when I view it on twitch it doesn't look good at all. My system specs are-

8gb DDR3 RAM
GeForce GTX 650 Ti
Win 7
So, if anyone could perhaps give me good settings for what I have to work with, that would be great! Any help is appreciated.
